My job list for today was outside.  I mowed the lawns and then got out the weed eater.  I have the one that you can change the head on to different types, so I plugged in the weed eater and started it up but the blades would not turn.  So upon further investigation I noticed that the socket was worn out.  So I had to cut about 3/8 of an inch off the main part of the weedeater in order for the socket to become fully engaged.  After that little ordeal I got everything working and back to the yard work.  

We pulled out a bunch of azailias that were past their prime and cleaned up all the flower beds.  We also gave in started using pine needles for mulch so I had to dress all the beds to make them look right.

After that it was pretty much a normal day.  We had dinner with the kids and went  to Luara's for desert.
