Prepping for Okeechobee
We have finalized the details and will be leaving Friday morning for Lake Okeechobee. It will be about an 8 hour drive from my house. So I worked out a list of items I am going to bring with me. Of course half the stuff we sold in the garage sale so I had to run to Sportsmans Warehouse to pick up a few items.
I picked up a new sleeping bag and a bunch of line. That is one of the few sponsor angles I do not have yet. I also picked up a few items that were marked way down and that I use. It was fun going down the isle and looking at things and saying I do not need to buy that here I can get it from my sponsor.
That is one of the next things on the to-do list. Mak some orders from the sponsors and stock up on supplies.
The trip is going to be about a week long , we were thinking of swinging by Lake Guntersville for part of it but decided we will hit that lake in a couple of weeks.
