Got the 5th wheel out today
I ran over to Herman’s and put the batteries on the charger. Then I hooked her up and brought the 5th wheel home.
I was told not to park her on the grass, so I put her on the edge of the driveway and set her up. After everything was set up I emptied all the storage boxes and cleaned, re-organized and put them back in order. After I got rid of a bunch of junk I had a ton of extra storage available.
One item that is bulky but needed is the portable sewage tank. I did not want to waste the space in the storage areas so I looked under the carriage and found a spot that I could strap it up and out of the way. We will see how it travels under the 5th wheel.
Then I went inside and took inventory of the interior. Everything was in great shape and ready to roll.
I met the Wife for lunch and we both had a salad. On the way back home I stopped and picked up the last components of my suped up Biesel system.
Tomorrow I will do my tackle, pack and finish the Biesel system.
I think we will be heading out on Thursday just not certain what time.
